Me Blogging More

So my first blog post on here said that I'd try to blog more, well that apparently hasn't happened.

So here I go again and this time I'll try to keep up on it.

What's changed for me since my last post? A few things including a career change, that's right folks malware is no longer my hobby it is now my profession. I joined the great team over at Lavasoft on November 1st, 2007. This of course is old news to a lot of you but for the ones who didn't know there it is.

I attended Sector 2007 in Toronto in November. The conference was great, very well run, hope to go again this year and even if I can't I still plan on helping Brian and the rest of the SecTor crew to make 2008's event even better than 2007s check out their website at http://www.sector.ca
I've already passed along Brian's contact info onto a few great Malware Community people.

What else hmmm? Oh I went to Sweden to meet with the Lavasoft team, it's great putting names to faces and getting to know people. I have to really thank all the girls at the Rica Hotel in Gotherburg, my stay there was great and they really helped me out with what to see, where to go, and how to get there.

I'll be in Seattle from April 14th to 18th of 2008 for the Microsoft MVP Summit. Hope to see all the other MVP's there and am willing to try to squeeze anyone in the area who isn't an MVP into my schedule while I'm down there.

I've also decided that 2008 will be a year of change for me. No more pop and junk food I plan to lose a lot of weight and have already started! I also plan on quitting smoking. I've tried before but I think this time will be different.

So yeah thats whats been going on for me since my last blog post here. This time I mean it when I say I'll try to post more often.

That's it for now!

Sick of Wordpress

So I'm sick of wordpress and I decided to try out Blogger. Not much else to say at this moment but I'm sure I'll come up with something.

I'm going to try to blog more often, my only problem is a lack of free time.
